That was weird.

I agree, that was weird.
Fraser: I understand that you are new to blogging so I will not be as harsh on you as we normally are. What you wrote was more of a comment than a post. Posts are generally thought provoking or conversation starters, or perhaps a rant about something you are passionate about. Comments are your opinion about someone else’s post (like what I am doing right now).
Dude, I surprised that a guy that is so up on technology, and gadgets has so little understanding of the Internet.
The blog here was a venue for us to write and vent about everything that is dorky, for example I will mostly write about making money online, Robin will probably write more about movies, Darren and Adam will likely hit the comic book topics, and Scott will prolly be writing about music, Frew would be sports (is that dorky or cool?).
So where does leave Fraser, you know where…video games. Frase, you are a gaming junkie. How many girlfriends have you lost to your Playstation? Let’s take the time to write about gaming. What you like, what pisses you off, what’s coming out…etc.
Of course the topics I mentioned, are just suggestions. Everyone will likely cover many other subjects. When writing on the blog try to keep this in mind:
Comments are your opinions on other people’s posts
Posts are thought provoking take on a particular subject.
I think that covers it. If anyone else has anything to add please do so.

I like how Fraser, the man who professes his love of all things cock, thinks discussing nipples and e-cups is gay.

What? No dorky coder posts? No females posting to represent the “other side” of dorkiness?
Oh wait…that’s my blog.

Well ok I will admit that britteny spears(talents)are very thought provoking and maybe she can make other people money, something i know thats near and dear to you chris.
Maybe what i should talk about to start with is where the hell did bloging ediquette (sorry spelling) come from, i think that people are very serious about things like this, i mean it is there thoughts and everything but really relax. If this was a newspaper colum or a novel for the masses i would understand, those to being heavily entrenched in opinion but still read by many, so as to be picked apart.
But really when did emoticons go and the english teacher step-in. hmm makes you think (hopefully…really any thought at all….no….nothing really….thats sad…welll moving on) doesn’t it, well maybe chris you can fill me in with some witty comment on your new fangeled typing machine. thats me signing off for now.

What the hell? That was actually a well-thought out post. From Fraser! And it only had seven run-on sentences!! You have to wonder how long he sat there, staring at the text block before finishing. Did he realize he could have been playing video games?

@Fraser: Dude you totally have it…just backwards. The comment you made was wicked, and could have been a post. The post you made should have been a comment.
Dude, I am not being elitist or anything and saying that we should create posts that are worthy of publication, I just think that we should be INTERESTING. The comment you made here should be developed into a new post. I am actually curious about your opinion of blogger’s, and the etiquette, and the “it is there thoughts and everything but really relax”
I will give you the title of your next post (which I think has Fraser written all over it)
“Chow Some Ritlain and Relax Guy, It’s Just a F@#king Blog”
Do it..Do it
@apps: I will probably cover the dorky coder posting, and most of our wives/girlfriends are apparantly too cool for school (and blogging). Although we may be able to work in a guest post once in a while.
